User run quest form

This is the form users must fill out if they wish to hold their own kind of quests aside from the Guild ones.

this is the form itself

Quest Name: (be creative)
Description: (explain to others what you want them to do in this quest, example: bring said amount of a certain item or help with high lv monster cards)
Others: (set restrictions for others players who accept your quests)
Difficulty: (how hard your quest is)
Reward: (what you will give the player that completes your quest)

Make sure you can afford the reward your offering, dont say you'll give 2T when you dont have it
